Guarantees
These rules apply to every order and every booster. If one is broken, contact support and we fix it at our cost.
A clean setup for every account
Before logging in to a customer account, boosters reset their machine: no third-party software, no saved sessions from other accounts, fresh Steam installation state. Your account is never opened on a machine that held another customer's session.
90% win-rate guarantee
If your order finishes below a 90% win rate over at least 10 games, we play the extra games needed to reach your target for free, or refund the difference, whichever you prefer.
Region-matched connection
Boosters connect through a VPN in your region, so your login history stays consistent.
Your login stays private
Credentials are encrypted. Only your assigned booster can see them, every view is logged, and they are deleted after the order is done. Change your password once the order completes.
No chat, no reports
Boosters don't type in all-chat, don't use voice and don't touch your items, friends or settings.
Refunds
Cancel before a booster starts and you get a full refund. After that, unplayed progress is refunded pro rata.
Account sharing is against most games' terms of service. By ordering a solo boost you accept that risk. Duo boosts don't require sharing your login.
Common questions
Is my account safe?+
Boosters play from a clean setup with a VPN matched to your region and never chat in-game. Your login is encrypted and only visible to your booster. Duo mode avoids sharing your login altogether.
How do I follow the progress?+
Your order page shows each match as it's played with result, hero and score, plus the booster's rating updates. You can message your booster from the same page.
Can I play while my order is running?+
Yes. Pause the order from your order page, play, and resume when you're done.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Visa and Mastercard, and crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, Solana, TON and more.
